Legal, privacy & commercial terms.

Every rule that governs working with NetScaleHub — split into four accessible blocks. Effective 11 October 2026 for all engagements contracted from our Colombes office.

01

Privacy Policy

GDPR 2016/679

NetScaleHub is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our project intake channels. Our registered office is 24 RUE DE L INDUSTRIE, 92700 COLOMBES, France. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].

1.1 Data we collect

We collect the details you provide in project briefs and correspondence: name, work email, phone number, company name, budget band, and scope notes. We also collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) required to operate and secure the site.

1.2 Why we process it

Personal data is processed to answer your inquiry, prepare and perform contracts, deliver commissioned work, issue invoices, and meet legal record-keeping obligations. The lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and consent where you tick the consent box on our contact form.

1.3 Retention & hosting

Inquiry records are retained for 24 months from the last meaningful contact. Contractual and accounting records are kept for 10 years as required by French commercial law. Production data is stored on servers located within the European Union.

1.4 Sharing & transfers

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors that help us run the business — hosting, email, payment, and analytics providers — each bound by data-processing agreements. Any transfer outside the EU relies on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

1.5 Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (commission-nationale-informatique-et-libertes.fr).

02

Terms of Service

Binding

These terms govern every engagement between clients and NetScaleHub, 24 RUE DE L INDUSTRIE, 92700 COLOMBES, France (contact: [email protected]). By approving a proposal, placing an order, or paying an invoice, you accept them.

2.1 Scope & change control

Each engagement is defined in a written proposal listing deliverables, price, and timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Both parties sign off on changes; nothing is assumed.

2.2 Fees & payment

Prices are stated in USD (or EUR when expressly quoted) and exclude VAT where applicable. Fixed-price projects are invoiced 50% on kickoff and 50% on delivery; retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments accrue statutory French interest plus recovery costs. Payments are processed through our secure payment provider; card details never touch our servers.

2.3 Delivery & client duties

Timelines start when the kickoff payment clears and all required materials, credentials, and feedback arrive from you. Delays in supplying content or approvals extend the schedule day for day. Final acceptance occurs on delivery; material defects notified within 15 days are corrected at no charge.

2.4 Intellectual property

On full payment, all intellectual property rights in the client-specific deliverables — code, layouts, copy, and design tokens — transfer to you worldwide and permanently. NetScaleHub retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and internal know-how, which are licensed to you perpetually for use within the delivered project.

2.5 Liability & termination

To the extent permitted by law, NetScaleHub's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 15 days after written notice; fees for work completed up to termination remain due.

Cookie Policy

ePrivacy

This policy explains how NetScaleHub, 24 RUE DE L INDUSTRIE, 92700 COLOMBES, France, uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. Questions go to [email protected].

3.1 What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They remember your choices, keep sessions secure, and help us understand how the site performs.

3.2 Cookies we set

Strictly necessary: session and security cookies that protect form submissions and payment hand-offs — these cannot be switched off.
Preference: the cookie_accepted value stored in your browser's localStorage so we remember your consent choice and stop showing the banner.
Measurement: aggregated, IP-masked analytics that show which service pages are useful and where visitors drop off.

3.3 Third-party cookies

Embedded services such as the Google Map on our contact page may set their own cookies when loaded. Google processes data under its own privacy terms; the map is loaded lazily to limit this until you interact with it.

3.4 Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the contact form and payment flow from working correctly. Withdrawal of consent is as simple as removing the stored preference and reloading the page.

3.5 Updates

We revise this policy when our tooling changes. The current version always lives at this page with its revision date of 11 October 2026.

04

Refund Policy

14-Day Window

We want every euro invoiced by NetScaleHub, 24 RUE DE L INDUSTRIE, 92700 COLOMBES, France, to be unambiguous. Refund requests are handled by [email protected] under the rules below.

4.1 Cool-off period

Consumers may cancel a distance contract within 14 calendar days of payment under French consumer law. If work has already started at your explicit request, a prorated amount for work completed is deducted, and you receive a full breakdown.

4.2 Milestone engagements

For fixed-price projects, the 50% kickoff instalment covers discovery, architecture, and reserved capacity and is non-refundable once those stages begin. The delivery instalment is refunded in full if we fail to deliver the agreed scope after a failed cure period.

4.3 Retainers & care plans

Monthly care plans can be cancelled any time before the next billing date; the current month remains chargeable and is delivered in full. Unused prepaid months are refunded on a pro-rata basis when cancellation is requested in writing.

4.4 Digital goods & licence fees

Third-party licences, stock assets, and domain or hosting registrations purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once issued, because those providers do not permit reversals — we simply pass the evidence of purchase to you.

4.5 How to request one

Email [email protected] with your invoice number, project name, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Statutory rights under French and EU consumer law are unaffected by anything written here.
